Resin Aggregates
The process involves the application of a suitable surface sealer to the existing concrete or bitumen macadam surface prior to the application of the epoxy-resin. All ironworks, edgings and joints are masked and three pack epoxy-resin is mixed and applied by either a hand trowel or squeegee.
The aggregate is immediately applied to the surface of the epoxy-resin. Any surplus aggregate can be removed after sufficient curing time (2 hours) @ 20 degrees C).
This surfacing application provides a highly decorative natural finish to high amenity areas and prestigious locations -footways, parks, driveways, cycle routes, environmental improvement areas, business parks and urban improvement schemes.
Further advantages of this surfacing type includes durability, high skid values (depending on aggregate specified) low maintenance and a wide range of aggregate choice (up to 20 types available).

The system offers designer and specifier a unique alternative to the more conventional surface options, and can be integrated with other surfacing types to provide a contrast and variety.
The illustrations of aggregate are only examples, the aggregate being a natural product will have some variation to these illustrations
